Carers In Bedfordshire
Why Donate?
Every day, thousands of people across the county dedicate their time to looking after a family member or friend, who would be unable to cope without them.
Carers can be anyone – adults or children. A person can become a Carer overnight or gradually. Carers can look after one person or more than one person. The person they are caring for could have a learning disability, physical disability, health condition, mental health condition or addiction.
Although being a Carer can be rewarding, it can be extremely difficult too. Carers don’t get paid. They can feel isolated, unsupported and alone. The caring role can be stressful, confusing and sometimes frustrating and can come at a huge physical, emotional and financial cost to the Carer themselves.

Your Donation
Your donation today will help us to continue supporting unpaid Carers in our area, allowing us to continue to support Carers physically, practically and emotionally when they need it the most.
If you are interested in making a larger donation for something specific, we have a few projects for which we’re looking for funding. Please contact fundraising@carersinbeds.org.uk for more details.
Thank you very much for showing you care.
