Former Carers
When the person you care for dies, it can be really tough to know how to move forward – we’re still here for you.

Groups and Workshops
Meeting other Carers, hearing from professionals or having the opportunity to socialise with the person you care for are just some of the things we have on offer.

Hospital Support
We can support you if you or the person you care for is admitted to Bedford Hospital or Luton & Dunstable University Hospital.

Keeping You Informed
It’s easy to feel overwhelmed by the amount of information out there about conditions and services. Or perhaps there’s nothing about what you need. Browse our resources or give us a call for what you are looking for. Follow us on social media for our latest updates.

We are delighted to offer Carers, their families and those they care for, as well as former Carers, a boost to their wellbeing with some self-care.
